What cost cutting measures can they perform to come to the offering being made by CCI? They are so debt ridden due to the cost of getting a customer and then the cost of getting that same customer again, they have no room to squirm.

Tsig's cost of getting a customer is very small and the cost of getting that same customer again is ZERO due to the Card ownership. As TSIG's market share increases at the expense of theirs, the noose gets tighter.
