A question on chart interpretation re COHR

1.) Do you have a rule of thumb for a number of days of increasing
prices before you consider a stock to be entering the I phase of WINS?
For this example the stock is moving quickly, would 1 or 2 days be
enough confirmation, but on a stock moving more slowly additional
time is necessary.

2.) During the Oct-Nov run this stock hugged the upper band rather
than bouncing off. More recently it is bouncing off the bands. Is
there a time frame you like to see the stock exhibit a tendancy to
bounce before you will use the bollinger band indicator?
