Thanks for the info guys. I will look into my options further. I have one nasty tax loss going on TNRG unfortunately. After hitting DGIV big earlier in the year, I can use any tax loss I can get to offset the capital gain I have on DGIV. But I hate to part with TNRG at these outrageously low prices, thinking as I always have that this stock can pop real fast to $.20 or much more if any kind of good news comes out. The first thing, of course, is to find out the rules, and then decide which way to go if any. Even if I could legally buy, sell, tax loss, I'd still have to come up with cash to buy. That may be the hardest decision because I'd have to part with something else I like.
