Re exclusivity in Canada for Vertex 2000...I believe it is for one year, per the conference call from Mighton, that puts us out to May/June I think. Could be mistaken.

As for securing a beta site, well, I guess if unable to do that then the rights aren't of much use, huh?

But if not exclusive, I'd think a larger firm (like IBM Canada) would have secured one by now in Canada. Time'll tell.

TED seems funny that it is always tpi that is the screw up. Although it seems to me that i have heard the story a little differently,that it was bemer that was in fact the hold up. Maybe you should ask him about a little problem with his old partners and the law.I would also remind you that tpi has never gotten to the stage that bemers program would be required . Hence i would say the delay has been caused by BOTH PARTIES,but hopefully this will be old news soon . regards raffikki
