p314159d, PAIR is a solid buy around 6 for many reasons but it is clear that PAIR must enlarge its critical mass either through a significant takeover or be bought out. Competing against CSCO and COMS is too much for PAIR. Also, I agree that a buyout of PAIR has probably been reduced to $12-15 range. I think PAIR's cash will keep it at the higher end. Good day trade candidate but it's always hard to predict whether to buy on the opening. I find that most "gappers" usually go about a half point lower than the opening during the first 1 1/2 hour.
