Either DSYS or Plante-Moran chose not to continue the relationship.
I was aware of this before the last quarterly report,
I forgot to mention it in my updated post after the report.

If I remember my business correctly, either party can opt out of the relationship.

I saw this as slightly negative, though not a serious problem;
its not as though Plante-Moran refused to certify an annual report.

I expect Re-listing in 1Q of 1999.

Not sure what happened to Plante-Moran. Maybe they found a better deal after taking some time to look around. Plante-Morean may have better suited their needs earlier in digging them out of the trouble they were in. Now, maybe they are looking for someone for the longer term, specifically focusing on costs and profitability. Just my thoughts.
