***Opinion ONLY****

1. frag-master could just be the most significant advancement in gaming peripherals and PC gaming in gaming history(.)...and coupled with Talk n' Play!?...

2.. frag-master should be incorporated in ThrustMaster-branded home 3-D surround sound Quake simulators Talk n' Play-enabled...(billion dollar market cap?)

3. PlayStation® ShockHammer should be HUGE, along with all [PC, N64, PS) NASCAR wheels going forward.

4. We no longer perceive Microsoft or anyone, at this time, as a competitive threat to TMSR, given Hausmann, diversity of product line, ShockHammer, frag-master, ThrustMaster Brand Equity, NASCAR® license, [Internet] Talk n' Play,...

5. Is there anything beyond a STRONG BUY [assuming frag-master is what it claims to be, Talk n' Play is what it claims to be and TMSR mgt has the vision to incorporate talknplay.com with frag-master.com and comes out with a line of ThrustMaster branded frag-master based home/arcade simulators...].

AGAIN, THIS IS ALL ***Opinion ONLY**** and everyone is urged to perform their own due diligence including confirming the above.

note: Certain officer(s), Director(s) of esecurities corporation were early investors (1988) in Advanced Gravis gravis.com and were on its Board along with the founder(s) of Logitech (NASDAQ:LOGIY) logitech.com and whom urged in 1992 for Gravis to acquire ThrustMaster when 1) TMSR was still private and 2) when their only product was the Mark IV? flightstick. Gravis did not acquire TMSR and was subsequently sold to (NYSE:FO) American Brands in August 1996.
