Hmmm. But the number of common shares that could be converted from the preferred shares was supposedly reduced in the second S-3 amendment. That's what Paul is saying, right? So why doesn't the "beneficial ownership after filing" column in the amendment reflect a lower number of shares beneficially owned? If the number of common shares (converted) is lower, shouldn't the post-filing beneficial share ownership be lower too?
