<< Barnes and Noble and BAMM are two examples that sell books cheaper than AMZN >>

Hey jach, you sure are a pit bull re this bamm thing! I wish I could put you on retainer to pump ELBO for me, which retails electronic games through 533 stores and on its web site -

ebworld.com

( and they are quite profitable, and the largest elec game seller on earth! )

Name your fee! <g>

Thanks for the message on amazon.com and bamm, it definitely makes since. BAMM is a better priced stock and any swings it has between its current price of $12, which I think is current value, and the $40's it hit are more than justified.

Nice reasoning but the fact remains that people ARE buying more books and other things from Amazon than from the others and Amazon has continued to grow at a fast pace. I think that sales growth will slow in the future and market share will erode, but if you are looking for the stock to plummet to 10$ anytime in the next year, then good luck in the welfare lines.
