DONNA,

You answered your own question. Any response or information obtained would have a pro-company bias. So I never expose myself to company hype. This is especially true if you deal in OTC-BB stocks, and really really true if the BB stock is non-reporting.

Non-reporting companies always, absolutely always, have something big just around the corner. It could be a big press release or a shareholders meeting or a huge order coming or a revolutionary new product. There's usually one guy on the thread who has all the answers. He's the first one to post any new information. He usually jumps all over anyone with a dissenting opinion. He leads the thread like a shepherd tending a flock of sheep. And almost always, his information comes straight from the company. Avoid these stocks like the plague. The small investor almost always loses. You have a better chance of hitting a Las Vegas jackpot than making money in these BB stocks.

HearX is different. First it's a reporting company on the AMEX, not the OTC-BB. They have proven leadership and real products. Information is widely available from numerous independent sources. So there's no need for me to call them. And eventually, they will be profitable and respected. Just my opinion.
