The PAST is irrelevant, for me for example. 10 years ago I did not exist here! With the same success you may try to compare the wealth of Egypt vs. America starting from 2000BC. As for you "trying to decide between a Maui Condo and one down in Cabo San Lucas", it may be a good time to think about taking your profits now. Otherwise you may face a variant of renting a room in that condo instead of owing the condo:) Oh, forgot, don't rely on Paul's inspection of electrical wireing in that combos: keep fuses and breakers in good shape and have a fire extinguishers handy.
