Crossy, Money has flown out of internet and into semis. Look at adi. ANALOG DEVICES INC (NYSE:ADI - news) UP 3-3/8 AT 27-1/2 LATTICE SEMICONDUCTOR CORP (Nasdaq:LSCC - news) UP 7-7/16 AT 43-3/8 LINEAR TECHNOLOGY CORP (Nasdaq:LLTC - news) UP 6-1/4 AT 79-1/8 MICREL INC (Nasdaq:MCRL - news) UP 5-1/4 AT 48-1/8 Analog Devices released strong fourth-quarter results and Lehman Brothers raised its calendar year earnings estimates for the chip maker. Among them, I like lscc & adi. Will watch them carefully. Asmlf back to 30. Need to watch cymi and mask. Etec broke out yesterday. Pria had a nice move. Brks, cmos will follow soon. Big cap semi equipment maker have broken out their trading range for the past two day. The smaller ones will follow soon, just like internets. Cohu & mask look interesting. But they are underfollowed. I am not going to bargain hunting internet stocks for a while. Even they rebound some, there are more sellers(who got trapped in the frenzy) waiting to sell. I made some good money by catching the rebound ie bynd, usai, ptvl, cysp (playing severl rounds) but got caught with eggs and hast. Too stressful. Should have just stoped chasing them once I took profits after Monday morning. Another lesson for me to remember. What's your opinion about lscc and adi? Why do you think the volume in mask and cohu are still very low? Iris
