eg: how many shares?,...
Q:How many shares for ISOP?
A:It's percentage (3% or so, that is 1.5 mil out of max 50 mil).
Q:What's the share price for ISOP?
A:Price at the award time with discount 20% or so.
Q:Restrictions?
A:Can't sell for a year and then the regular rules apply (1% of float or something like that).
Q:Who's eligible?
A:FNTN employees (don't know that for sure).
Q:Who votes?
A:Board of directors absent the once who would benefit.
Q:Is this disclosed?
A:Yes, in financial reports when FNTN is reporting.

Hope this helps.

Radim

re: Thank you for typing all of that, so yes as rather loudly said through silence there was/is no written explanation. Out of curiosity was there any biographical information on the individuals being suggested for Board positions? Was there any elaboration on what the ISOP will be?, eg: how many shares?, who is eligible?, are there any restrictions on these shares?, what will the option price be tied to?, etc.

Barbara, actually I didn't type in the letter. What I did was Scan it with my scanner, and then using a software technology called OCR (optical character recognition) converted it to text.

As far as your other questions, they were for the most part not answered. I've never seen a Proxy which was so terse. But alas, that is why the share price is so cheap now. I get the feeling management is focusing on getting business up and going and don't have the resources to give us the endless line of information we would like. Some might say "what kind of company is that, I want to know what is going on now." However, I feel we can't expect all the answers from such a small company. As this sucker grows, hopefully things will change. All IMHO
