Sig, The fool from MF on AOL is buying ATHM, this will add to the stability in MSPG and further DELLs case for adding high speed modems (xDSL and Cable) at the factory.

OT OT -- Hello, Sig & Janet Stembol!

I take it that you're Mormons. I've had very good experiences with your people. I sold my last company to a fine competitor [who never checked the books or sent in an auditor] whose plant was 35 miles across Atlanta. We needed someone to run our operation.

I prayed for such a man, ethical, bright and capable of stepping into my shoes. A young Mormon in his 20s, ex African missionary, made a sales call on us for a national competitor. He didn't notice the sign on my building. My alert secretary referred Steve Wall to me, expecting I might hire him. I did.

Steve and his brother Ira are 2 of 9 children in the Wall family, he has 5 children of his own. I hired them both. Ira was a missionary in Portugal, used to run into JWs in apartments in Lisbon. Anyway, Steve was the perfect hire. Always had a bright smile, extremely conscientious, smart, learned my company in a few months and I was able to leave it with Larry Holtzman without any problelms whatsoever. Jehovah indeed answered my prayers, as he has so often.

After 2 years Steve went to work for another Witness selling microwave systems, making $150+K. He liked the atmosphere: no profanity or dirty jokes, professional presentation of self and products. Then the government destroyed that whole industry and he started making white boxes, sells them thru several local dealers. I bought his best model for Betty last year.

Steve's very ill now, needs a kidney transplant, waiting for one. You may be able to look him up thru your sources. This reminds me to go check up on him in the next few days. If you're not LDS, Sig, this was a nice story anyway.

Congratulations on your new house, my friend!!

Sincerely,

Don
