Mr. Zwebner, I guess you do not want to discuss your bankruptcy. So to re cap all that from YOUR OWN FILING STATEMENTS, meaning from your own words:

1. Why have you not disclosed it in any filings here in the US.
2. Why have you not disclosed it with your new relationship with LGCY
3. Where are you 8K's from your " TAKE OVER" of LGCY
4. Where are the filings for the Real Estate deal
5. How many shares were used to conduct an all stock deal for $10 million
6. Is the stock Free Trading Common.
7. Did you get a finders fee for conducting this deal
8. Mr. Walker, does he have any legal proceedings against him
9. Mr. Walker, Is He LGCY transfer agent
10 Mr. Walker, if he has legal actions against him and his firm why has that not been disclosed
11. Mr. Walker, why did he get the position on your board of directors
12. Mr. Zwebner, why do you have a problem disclosing necessary situations that are required in all S.E.C. and NASD filings.
Finally, WHEN WAS YOUR BANJKRUPTCY DISCHARGED, if at all!?!?

I think something is funny going on here. And since you fail to reply and discuss these matters. And as a LGCY shareholder, I find it necessary to now file a complaint to the S.E.C. Your lack of filings and disclosure is alarming. I think all LGCY shareholders have the right to know about information that your own words have stated previously. And, since you have failed to disclose that in anyother regulatory statements here in the US, I find it necessary that these questions be asked to the S.E.C and the NASD as well.
