Actually he can issue any kind of press release he wants. The only inhibiting factor is that they cost between $150 and $500 dollar to do so. I day trade a lot of stocks that issue press releases about absolutely nothing. In fact the other day on company actually reported that they were on SI's HOT LIST, is that news I don't think so. So I think their is a different reason. Not a bad reason, I just don't think the company wants its FEET HELD TO THE FIRE. Brent
