Boca Is a beautiful place...I spent a fabulous week there this past June at the lovely Boca Resort. You are correct...it is the wealthiest per capita city in the country (I believe). Quite a showplace. But...I am still skeptical of what CyberMall can accomplish. It may fill a need, but is that need not addressed elsewhere? Where will the revenue stream originate? Does SFAD have deals worked out with Gucci et al in place? Based on past performance, I am still oh-so skeptical that they can pull it off. Their current businesses are not faring too well it appears, and it seems that their is too much nepotism within the company, ±500mm shares in the family?...I have little confidence in their capabilities. And Boca is a small area... will they rely on Boca for all of their sales? I think that whatever revenues may originate, if any, will be small. This stock may soar, but I think it will be on emotions, not fundamentals, and only temporarily. Maybe I'm wrong...but I've seen this one hyped for so long, it will take factual evidence to set it straight. It could happen......just my thoughts. I hope we can all make $$$....happy trading.......
