I concur! I have heard Jim Chiddix of Time Warner say that VOD is a "simple" application to provide to their customers. That is why VOD will be one of the two services they will roll out into these new systems as the set tops are placed in homes. SFA and the MSO's have been careful to plan the roll out of each service in stages with VOD being one of the first. It is true that they will have problems as the layer on new services, but VOD will already be up and running.
