Yes, if they are going to try rebuilding the US market first through education and the current reps, they should go ahead and announce it.
I think the stock is as low as it is going given the current conditions. i.e. I believe that the Viagra situation will slowly lead to an increase in patient's requesting MUSE but it is a long rebuild.

If things are going well in marketing outside US we will see some increase from earnings there in the meantime.
