for a stock like DGIV that is being accumulated, a steady rise in price is much healthier. Actually, it really does not matter much where the stock is today. Long-term investors are in this company because they believe Jimmy Chin and DGIV will deliver contracts. When the contracts come, the price today is meaningless, IMO.
