just my 2 cents worth....I haven't been buying any at this level, which most of you could probably guess from my scarcity on this thread. I'm not saying the three of you are wrong in buying. As a matter of fact, you will all probably fare well. However, I'm looking for a few more positives before I can buy more (I may buy some more for myself before that, though). Further, most of my larger clients, I CAN'T buy any at this level due to Investment Policy Statements.

Also, while (especially Jack) a rosey picture can be painted at this point, there is still a LARGE amount of risk at this level of the company going bankrupt:
1 EB, while we have heard from the company is in the launch stage, we have certainly heard this before. Another mishap and the company could file very quickly.
2 While they were able to raise cash, the rosiest estimates are it could maintain them through late spring (at VERY best).
3 A loss of one or two of their supportive customers (such as BP) would crush the company.
4 60%+ of IT budgets are going to yr2k, leaving other replacement jobs on the sidelines.
5 Don't assume all of these shareholders are selling just for tax loss purposes and CERTAINLY don't assume they'll be buying back in 31 days!
6 Need I continue?

The risks are still very large...be careful painting to rosey of a picture.
