El ... if EP, the strategist, is really SHARP and CPQ has a GREAT story/announcement to make .... EP would PUSH EM at the analysts to make a BIGGIE/POSITIVE presentation ... this (if my above ifs are true) will allow EM to regain his (and CPQ's) credibility !

El: Everybody complains when Mr. Personality presents, so maybe this is better and it gives Mason a chance to rehabilitate himself. But on balance, I agree with you, it may be just an ordinary presentation and a bit of a damp squib.

I noticed that when LU presented the other day it was not the Chairman but the CEO
