You can promo all you want, but first they have to find some encouraging results. If they don't, and still manage to promo the stock up, prior to a rollback, GET OUT!. Rollbacks are rarely beneficial for current investors (price is rolled back and then the stock price will continue to slide back toward pre-rollback levels). The exact opposite is true with splits which are bullish for current investors.

The only way I see this rollback as positive is if they do it based on some positive news, as this should stabilize the stock. I'm out if they do it just for the sake of making the share price look more interesting for future investors.
