Craig...I agree with you. Just trying to be patient. I wish there were more activity here on the board, but I have a feeling once the community gets ahold of KLOC prospects we'll see a bigger interest here. Anyway..glad to know there's somebody out there.....

Hi Craig,

I agree that the charts look good for KLOC. What I do not understand is how the IPO is going to help the price. Will KLOC be spinning off the shares it owns after the IPO? Any information real or theoretical will be appreciated.

The IPO is just speculation on my part. The chart volume for December indicates to me that someone knows what might happen.
But the Bollinger Bands are very wide indicating volatility which showed today.

I certainly hope there is some good news on a future IPO www.1800ussearch. If that happens, KLOC will have more money in the bank due to the value of their 80% ownership of the company.
