Re: WAVO and Cramer

Rande,

I wouldnt be suprised to see WAVO file a lawsuit on Cramer as soon as today.

If their stock continues to downtrend, they really have no choice. I agree they "appear" to be whining, but when it comes down to it they are simply defending the assinine comments made from an equally assinine person.

This isnt the end of the story.

Cramer may have to publicly restate his "opinion" live on CNBC before WAVO will call off the dogs.

The NASDAQ/SEC arent through either.

>>>The company has contacted the Securities and Exchange Commission and the NASDAQ Stock market to investigate these events to determine whether applicable laws and regulations have been violated and WavePhore has been advised that such matters are currently being reviewed by NASDAQ.<<<

Last time I checked, it was illegal to discuss what position "one" tried to take "prior" to a CNBC interview. And I also believe it's illegal to state "Greenspan doesnt want WAVO to go up". People take things literally some times, ya know?

A great many traders/investors follow thestreet.com and Cramer, and he must realize by now the power he so wildly swings around.

Sometimes it's better to shut one's soup cooler. Hot soup is better than no soup at all.

I hope WAVO begins to move up shortly.

"At Oct. 30, 1998, WavePhore had in excess of $10 million in available cash."

WAVO's alliances with such companies as Microsoft, Intel and Compaq cant hurt either, not to mention the more than 200 Fortune 1000 co's that subscribe to WAVO's services.

Pick today at noon EST today. High-tech BB fully reporting with major deals signed just recently. Totally overlooked and undervalued, IMO. Major increase in top-line. Looking to hold some freebies for long-term prospects, as company is signing many new deals.

Will post DD here.
