They went short at yesterday's close when someone came in in a hurry to buy, and he took out all the MMs at 500 share clips. The stock "must" drop this morning, below the average of the stock price sold yesterday, to allow the MMs to cover that short position.

I mentioned this last night, only no one was listening (g)

You may have seen this morning the pop up as a buyer was there again. And as soon as he/they were done the price DROPPED (in spite of nearly all trades being "buys"). With the drop to $3.70 bid it worked and we saw a 3,000 share sell to cover this morning's shorting.

Then more buyers came along ...and they dropped the price some more to $3 11/16ths. That scared out a few more thousand shares.

So they quickly dropped it to $3.57 BUT they've left the ASK back up at $3 3/4. They can't afford to sell more shares at a more reasonable spread. The MMs are already short the stock!

They need to see a seller to replenish their short position. Any volunteers? Bill France maybe? (g)

We NEED them to cover here before the price can be moved back up.

The WIDE spread is there as a "warning" to buyers to stay away. (who wants to pay $3.75 and have it only worth $3.57 immediately afterwards?)

Bill France, we need you! Please sell your stock now at a nice profit! (g)
