TM Rent, I think rt revenues will shut you up this next report. And I think you know too much about the technology from your own experience and not enough about the stuff that is going on. Why not sell and leave?

I understand that the CCUR shareholders on this thread are early to the party. Hell, alot of us got to the shindig before the caterers or the band even showed up. We are here before the crowd and will watch parade as everyone starts to arrive.

tm,
You seem to have forgotten the guidance given by this company's mgmt. We have been remodeling the business plan. There has been a major shift in focus by this company, which brought with it a temporary decline in revenues but the shift has brought with it increasing margins and a healthier company overall. Everyone knew this was going to happen. Your last post seems to imply that this was something everyone wants to sweep under the rug. I don't believe that is the case.

regards,
Michael

Tom, as Ken noted, I sympathize with your caution. That is my investment style, despite buying these speculative type of stocks.

But I also recall a post a while back where you indicated you had substantially increased your position. If that is correct, which
more accurately reflects your current investment view -- your current cautious comments or your position size? I myself know that sometimes I am looking like crazy for all the negatives even while I might be buying hand-over-fist.

I do think that like the last show we should experience some pullback from the doubling off the fall low, especially with a lot of volume holding the stock at a loss -- that may have been doing nothing with
respect to year-end tax trading pending this cable show. Under these circumstances, I will be surprised if smart money does more than place under-market orders to catch stock as it comes in, as Steve suggests.

Tm,

I must say that you and Arthur Tang (I tremble when I say the name) were the reason that I joined SI and started posting. I got so frustrated watching you post innacurate babble and false information on CCUR's technology that I had to spend some money and post. You were the one who claimed that CCUR could not break into the market for cable. You claimed several CCUR server short comings and how others would eat them alive. You claimed that CCUR would play a small role in overall video server market and used all kinds of techno-babble with Tang to sound like you know what you are talking about.

YOU ARE NOW DEAD WRONG WITH THE LAST STATEMENT YOU POSTED!!!!!!!!!

There was a print story that I posted where Jim Chiddix told the reporter that these are not the same type of trials that have occured over the years, but actual testing and integration prior to roll out. Maybe whatever losing firm you work for is still out their trying to hook your server up to a head end and prove that it is viable, but CCUR already has. The ROLLOUT is starting. VOD is not a difficult application to deliver from the head end system, it is difficult in terms of the server itself. Most have attempted to create a server that can handle this difficult task, but have done it at a high price. They have lost.

You have shared some good input from time to time and caught some good articles that you have posted. Quit while you are ahead because your value is limited to that. Your past posts prove you don't have a clue as to what is happening here and you have zero connections into this industry. NOBODY has been as wrong on the technology and the market for VOD than you (with the exception on TANG) Later!
