O.K.,,grease me up,,i got screwed..placed a limit buy on MALL at 37 1/2 when stock hit 40,,,cancelled when hit 38 1/2,,got confirmation an hour later I bought it at 36 13/16,at that time it was well below 30,,do I have a case here with Etrade??,,anyone Charlie

NETN - as you mentioned you nibbled - exactly why stayed away-cud not get 2000 or 3000 or more shares unless bot at 2 or 3 or more times, BUT BUT BUT then you can't get out on one trade either - I made money long ago on it, but fortunately...and it wasn;t a lot since took 2 buys just to get 1000 shares of a 2 1/2 stock! The $ involved not even worth playing it .
