Some have said that great ASND employees would leave if LU bought them, but would they leave for CSCO??? Perhaps some would but I'm not sure the numbers would be significant. OG, I agree. I doubt LU is too worried about the brain drain effect in an ASND takeover. People must remember that the ASND ATM operation (the crown jewels) is an east coast operation. The old Cascade is still based in Mass., as are most of the key technical people. Key management on the other hand is CA based. I would think LU (or any suitor) is more keen on keeping the key technical people up through middle management, rather than the upper level execs. What do you think? Gary
