I believe that this is the local carrier of the CNBC channel. On my CNBC channel during off market hours they show these infomercials about playing better golf or reading faster in the early hours of the morning. I'll bet the rates at those times are very attractive. That way they can say they are running ads, even though few are awake to see them.
