I really like DljDirect. The constraints I have don't permit me to have a system like Tim, I think. I have to go internet and the company fire wall would probably be a problem. Dljdirect isn't exhibiting the problems I've been hearing on the thread like the others. PS Its more expensive though. $20 per 1k shares per trade. Glenn

E-Trade is apparently having problems with a vendor on some confirmations - annoying to say the least as it cost me a few hundred bucks this morning. If you are an active trader, they have a new Platinum Level Service which provides superb phone service on a priority toll-free number. Never had to wait more than 15 seconds to talk to a real live person. I have threatened to leave them many times, but it now looks as though they are moving ahead with quality dedicated service to active traders. Offie
