Has anyone spoke to Mr. Martinez recently regarding earnings for the 4th quarter. Reading between the lines after the 3rd quarter's press release it looks like he his expecting .05 or thereabouts. Any comments? Richard

I don't want hype, I want news about the technology. Tell use what's going on. Every technology company out their talks about there technology except JMAR. Some body give me a GOOD reason why we can not talk about technology other than Jmar does not want to supposedly give away some big secret. No one has answered my question about why Jmar is not at the technology conference going on now. Now everybody is going to start guessing on Jmar earnings estimates. Don't do this. They are not going to be any better than last year. Why? Because they are hiring new scientists that is eating up earnings. Also revenue is not going to be that much greater than last year as well in my opinion. The reason is they are just starting to work on these contracts, and Jmar is paid for work accomplished. Jmar said that these new contracts would not contribute materially until next year, and I am fine with this. Why? Because I know that the are hiring people and spending money on new equipment just like they should. But, do others know this, NO. Why? Because, there are no press releases saying so and no break downs of the balance sheets to show the internal growth. Therefore, people are going to attack the company for another quarter of what appears to be on the surface only minimal growth when in fact it is more. My posts are not criticisms of the company's growth. They are about the way the company is not clueing us in to the entire story of what's going on. These may seem like the same thing but they are not. Once again, if the technology is as good as Jmar says it is, and we all believe it is, at what point do they tell the rest of the world? Brent
