My guess, and that's all it is, is that the rumors about a merger died down, taking out the momentum players in the stock, and then it got hit along with all the other oil patch companies, even though it should see some increase in it's usage by oil companies when oil prices are down. Bottom line, barring a company scandal, it is probably just another sign of an inefficient market, and a good long term buying opportunity. I may average down here from my initial position...
