NEWALERT! BLACK INTERNET MONDAY. 12-4-98, 12:40 PM EST What a surprise to see the Internet prettiest darlings having a bad makeup day today. This weekend, a slew of magazines and newspaper will be saying the dooms days of over-hyped strato-celling Internet stock days are numbered and come January they'll dive down to the bottomost of the earth core. The theory is that, when Monday comes, everyone will be so anxious to take their whatever profits left. The sell orders will overwhelm the scant buying that is still sputtering and AMZN will open down -50$ south. Sell when you can still have an outrageous price now. Monday will be the day that one may regret as a pretty bad day in their life. All imho.

Glen, now this one from the Bezos pr machine got my attention. I'm planning on buying a Dvd in the next few weeks but unlike TomD I'm going to go to the Mall so I can touch and feel all the models. James, Maybe viewing the output and trying the features is a thought before buying. I would be inclined to do that. The bad news for Bezos is I signed up with Dvd Express for Dvd disks. Why you might ask? Dvd Express has been around for several years and are #1 in selection and offer the lowest price. I did not notice the press release mentioning Dvd Express<G> Wonder why. Glenn
