Tom/Henry

Actually as an analyst who was covering the company, he had a responsibility to check into the numbers that were being given to him, not to just accept anyones word at face value. That's what a good analyst does. He was, IMO, obviously taken in by the J/L line, and from what I heard of his actions at the A.M., actively working to promote their agenda.

The end result was that David's calculations of worth were wrong, and J/L never proved a thing that ws repeatable, and NEVER lived up to their hype.

I knew I could flush you out Henry! Fair enough. Mr. Snow certainly did not work very hard to check the numbers and was very willing to share his "estimates" which certainly did strain his credibility. He was the only one proporting 5 figure stock prices and no one worked hard to stop him either. Ahh, the days of JJ and Matt. I bet even Bill Gates was worried about maintaining his position as richest man in the world in those heady days of heavy Snow reports.

(and a little known fact is that Mark Silvers has already surpassed dear old Bill. Mark just hangs around here to rub elbows with the common people using his folksy way of Cheekago Skule mispelling to keep us all off guard)
