HJM - Don't feel too badly, I had a 30 Grand check sitting on my brokers desk waiting for 1000 Ebay over a month ago! She was not able to grab it. Took the money and bought AMZN instead.

James, you are not alone in such disappointments... my broker called me today and told me that XOOM looks to be a hot IPO next week... HOWEVER, she doesn't know if retail will get any IPO shares or not... they may give all IPO shares to institutional investors... I sold AMZN earlier to free some money to buy at the IPO... oh well, that may not happen afterall... moreover, the most IPO shares she got in previous hot offerings was 1300 shares... and as little as 100 or as she put it "minuscule"... best of luck to all amein
