From Yahoo.... Read this serious stuff!!! MM are under scrutiny for opening NAVR stock as high as they can on monday and then letting the price drop. I wonder if we can get a price adjustment. I bought some shares at 26 on Monday's open. I called Fidelity to ask them if they can file a trade discrepancy. They informed me that NASDAQ is looking into the situation and will instruct them of any adjustments to be made. He suggested that I call NASD to make sure that my particular situation is known. I'm calling them tomorrow. Anyone else experience this situation??? nationalpost.com
