Dennis- insider buys were related to debt offering, no doubt.

It is pretty common to ask insiders to put some personal "hutin' money" on the line when asking for a loan. Compared to how much they got from the last time the insiders sold, it is chump change to them.

Considering that insiders have shown themselves to be masters of market timing in MRVC- selling at the top, and getting a debt offering off just before our crushing fall - I will look on a SERIOUS insider buy as major bullish news, indeed.

Does anyone know when such news could be posted at the least, given the "buy window" insiders have, and the SEC lag?
