I called NAVR I.R. last night and spoke with Allison. She had received over 300 calls yesterday.
Among her comments:
1. Good candidates have been interviewed for CEO and one will be hired soon.
2. SEC HAS started investigation of market makers' activity Monday morning, bidding up to 26 from 12
and executing very slowly.
3. Once IPO is filed, there is another 45 day quiet period before the actual opening of trading. This is
good, I feel, as momentum can slowly build, rather than the idiot daytraders/get rich quick jerks driving
up the price only to drive it back down like this week.
4. Paullsen did file to sell shares, but less than 10% of his holdings. He filed before the runup and likely
has not executed, so he was betting on a runup, which we should still get.
5. Paullsen is aware of the concern among shareholders about this 75% drop in stock price, and the
company WILL be offering some sort of positive press release VERY soon.

I am long, and after this call even more so. Let the idiots panic and sell us their shares-- we'll have the
last laugh.
