Yes, certainly the flow of money will be very important....especially
as the ECU partners adjust their currency holdings. But news out of
Japan is still very dismal. Don't you think they have to pull out the
rabbit before the rest of Asia turns around..?

From what I've read from you on your positions....I would agree there
is an equal chance of a significant bear market if the money flows are
substantially altered. What would do that....well it happened in July.
But rather then a drop below 7000....we could swing from 7500 to 10000
for years in this climate.

The Chicago piece was sort of saying that...
But ECU and USA can only cut rates to "0" likje Japan ?
