MrLuckyman: Well the Ney thread is very slow. I took it off my bookmark list.

I came across Ney by way of the LA airwaves. During the eighties he appeared on a regular basis on the local business channel there. I believe it was KWHY.

I later subscribed to his newsletter. I adapted, his theories, into my own technical trading systems back in 1986. However, I found Ney's timing using his own theories, could have been better.

I can't think of anything IR can do to "to permanently instill investor confidence and more importantly get the marketing effort fired up." What NAVR has to do is _demonstrate_ they are a winner by strong financials, smart moves. Basically, they have to provide concrete evidence and not merely talk.
