Steve: I strongly agree. I've been posting for some time now that for this stock to REALLY MOVE, either someone other than CPQ management has to say definitively that the DEC acquisition is going well OR CPQ has to show hard evidence that it is. I have a good feeling that we are going to get BOTH today!

Steve: EP and CPQ have always left themselves some wriggle room. They have said that DEC will be accretive "before the end" of this quarter.
