In the abscense of CC and Mama Bear I'll play devils advocate here.

A dumper with a lot of shares ideally wants to sell into a rally or into high volume. They can hardly dump shares on your avergae low volume day and make any decent money, since they start driving the price down quickly. So they wait for a day such as this, with all the optimism of the CC flowing and speculators and already in the wholers "buying on the discount".

Who knows just a guess on my part, but I think today is dump day and this stock will settle somewhere lower than it's recent highs. Maybe in the 5's.

I only glanced over the report, but what exactly is the share count? It just seems this report is convoluted as usual. They have something like 3 different share count scenarios, and some language I have not seen. What was it, future possible dilution or something? What is that all about?
