When did the reverse merger occur? How many shares are in the float?

Thanks David.

I've been following SFAD for a couple years now, and have made money on spikes periodically, but have never looked at it as a long term investment.

I apologize, but didn't read the press release carefully enough to see that it was just a reconstructed concept.

Does anyone know what the original site looked like, and what kind of revenue it was producing? It seems quite lame that a company announces that they are "reconstructing" a site. It seems to be a simple company ploy to temporarily boost the stock price.

Most companies wouldn't even need to make this type of announcement, or only announce once the site has been re-opened.

If this site is not fantastic when it opens, don't expect much to happen on the upside of this stock. Maybe if you are lucky, a quick spike in price will happen if the company places another press release created by new interest, but ultimately the stock will fall back to its .02 level.

The company, in the past has never come through with much, so don't expect much here.
