5 weeks ago they seriously bungled a first order it does not matter who, what matters is if the problems that existed back then have been resolved. so instead of bothering Amy about my name, why not ask her how well their backorder system is working, and how they now handle the cancelling of the MusicCard cost, when a first time consumers order is cancelled for any reason. these are very basic issues for any telemarketing company, so they better be handling it better in time for the supposed marketing campaign rush.
