We sure are after Intel !! They have a legal department probably the size of most small-cap companies.
The class-action guys representing "Us" know full well that Intel can make this problem go away / or fight on.
Don't be surprised if they throw out a 7 buck teaser.

So, I have been in this sH** for more than a couple years and I can't lose more than I already lost.

You know this is a total rip-off, if it is not worth the money, INTC won't be after SHVA in the first place.
How much INTC will have to settle or fight in court will be the the price they will have live with to get SHVA, although it will only represent a small change for INTC.
