Len - get a grip. Those interested in putting up the money have seen the business plan, and they have jumped at the opportunity to raise the necessary money, and they are doing this as quickly as possible. When was the last time you saw anyone put $10-20 million into a microcap like NVXE, and did it on a timetable that any of that company's common shareholders felt was reasonable. In my opinion - you really should try to know a bit more about the "current" situation before you make the kinds of comments you make. The past is not necessarily always an indication of the future. If it was then every time Babe Ruth struck out his fans would have said, "Oh, he's washed up - he'll never ever hit another home run in his career". NVXE is doing everything physically possible to raise the kind of cash necessary to implement a very aggressive business plan. A couple million bucks won't cut it Len, and larger amounts of capital don't grow on trees. Without a track record it's hard as hell to raise the kind of money NVXE is after. They're close...but the money is not in hand....sorry to say that is today's reality. Deal with it.... there are no guarantees.

While I am NOT ready to throw in the towel just yet,(only cause I'd lose nearly $40,000) I must admit that some facts are true and all the spin in the world isn't going to change it. I've been in this joke for 3 and 1/2 years. I've been told AT LEAST a half-dozen times that the FUNDING is just DAYS away. Well they at NVXE were right, at last count it was ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-SEVEN days away and still counting. The NEXT time I am told by Ray or one of his minions , "that financing is 'next week'", I am going to throw this computer out my window into the Pacific Ocean. I can't even count the amount of times I've been LIED to by this outfit who keep saying next week, next week. Its one thing if they would be honest and say 6 months, or 8 months. That's one thing. But this continuous BULLSHIT about 'next week', "GUARANTEED NEXT WEEK" is old and tired. I've owned NUMEROUS SMALL CAPS and NOT ONE has ever given a date for financing that wasn't true. NOT ONE. So please RAY, (I know he eventually reads all of our messages) don't bother to attempt to give me any more bogus dates. I said all along that I'd give it till. Christmas of 98. Well its three short weeks away, and NOTHING is going to make this dog go anywhere. By the time anyone gives this company a dime, their "lens" will go the way of the X FILES SHOOT, THE DUKE FILM MERGER, THE NEVADA CASINO THEATRE, THE REEL MERGER, and the 5 or 6 other JOKES that were throw at us over the past 3 and 1/2 years. I'm still waiting for the FIRST truth to come out of this outfit. And please spare me the old "Ray" has put everything he has into this crap. He as least is aware of the risks being the CEO, I on the other hand received year after after of false hopes, false PROMISES of funding (NOT possibles, PROMISES), and NUMEROUS other crap.
