The market may very well run DBCC and Marketwatch when the IPO hits, but DBCC's value of their subsequent 38% holding will depend on the future of Marketwatch itself. Briefing.com recommends that investors check out the financial condition of Marketwatch, perhaps with a comparison to their sister company Sportsline.com (SPLN), which has more revenue than Marketwatch, and currently sports a market cap of about $400 million.
