No mention of IVI Checkmate

No direct mention but he said

I'd say a buyout or some form of merger is coming our way, sooner or later. Don't forget the article in Business Week re. this, we should be hitting US 10-11, soon enough.

After reading that release in detail, it sounds like INGENICO is ready to do something toute suite with regards to North America. We know they have to use IVI as a launch into North America. Will they go for an outright takeover (remember the poison pill), or just increase their stake to a higher % level???????

comments. they said they would do something to fill the North American void "without delay". How? Pay us 10US???
