To ALL: YOu know how frustrated I am getting, so I'll pose this. Just how specific do you want FNTN to get about what they are going to do with the extra 25 million shares? We were told it was for acquisitiohs, and stock plans. Do we want to know what they want to acquire.??? Do we want that information out if we also believe they keep their plan quiet because of the unbelievable competition.? If we believe that then we cannot expect them to divulge specifics of what they want the other shares for. IF we find they use the shares to "give" to themselves, then run for the doors.

Can we have a roll call vote on which way you would vote your
shares at this time.

Comments welcome but not necessary.

At this time I vote my shares no. To me it is just like signing
a blank check and trusting that the receiver will fill in the
right amount.
